AI Highlights
  • - TA air brake service replaced an air bag on a 53' trailer.
  • - The charge was near $400; typical $175–$225.
  • - Labor billed ~2 hours; user says under 1 hour.

Today 3/5/21 like many others I visited a T/A for air brake service. They completed the replacement of an air bag on my 53' trailer.

Normally this repair would be $175 to $225. These pirates charged me almost $400.

I tracked labor under 1 hr they some how came up with almost 2hrs. Then when I complained they gave me some garbage about it being a fed law they must a certain required labor per type job.

WHHAAAAAAAT sort of horse manure is this.

Loss:
$600

Preferred solution: Partial refund. Also refund other wrong part

User's recommendation: Go to a real shop that charges realistic pricing.
