To authenticate check
I wanted to know if the check was valid after talking to the customer service. My problem is still not fixed or properly addressed.
I have a check that I cannot cash. I do not know if the check is valid enough to put in my account because the service was no help in the situation.

Possible fraud
Got a call from fraud detection my brand new debit card, need to resolve this matter. I don't know why I couldn't get back in touch with fraud detection, I tried to return their call and resolve this potential fraud despite.
