Actually got sick and I’m still sick from it. It was spoiled macaroni salad, and plus my order was half burnt and yeah, I am still sick.
Me not majorly sick but enough to ruin my birthday and they’re not gonna give me a refund because I ordered it through Uber or else they said they would And because I rely on Uber now because I have vertigo. I have health issues that I can’t leave the house so I don’t wanna make Uber mad at me cancel me or something.
I purchased spoiled macaroni from Ono Hawaiian barbecue. I had my father taste it.
He didnt like it. He said it was didnt taste right I anyway Maybe its due to the 102 temperature I live in Los Angeles California. Its not my first time at the same establishment and the first two times Ive been there.
It was actually great but this time something bad happened Nice Lady at corporate said she would check out to see if they have something wrong with the refrigerator or something there but most definitely this is what happened to me unfortunately. Thank you.

No they have not i ask to just replace my food they were rude told me no my receipt was greasy and could not make out the number please send me a voucher for a family meal replacement and I will go to another location thank you

No one had called me to solve that issue or even give me store credit for what had happened that day
I ordered in the morning yesterday and got two small bones and my beef. I called the store to let them know and they said that they couldnt do anything for me because I dont have pictures of it, very unprofessional. Its not like I am lying about it and I have my receipt.

Horrible service. Food is wrong three times.
Me and my girlfriend went in and got some food I got the chicken katsu she wanted the beef plate and she got the ribs witch she didn't want and are more expensive her childhood dog just passed away so I wanted to get her something nice to eat and I was a little Brooke at the time her order was rong three times and the cashier was extremely rude to me and accused me of being racist and started talking trash to me.l just want something done about that cashier she's a very horrible person. Also the manager gave me a fake corporate number.

Lack of management in the restaurant to handle issues. Why does this have to be explained further. Lack of management is enough of an explanation so I have to put it 2x to make sure you have 100 symbols.

Preferred solution: Nothing but better treatment and training for current staff so they are not held accountable for what they are not trained on and what should not be their responsibility because the restaurant is not properly staffed.

They mess around with my food like four time and I wait around like 36 minutes for my food that's going to *** me off.

A better service
I like to go to Ono Hawaiian barbecue n Shaw and Brawley Fresno Ca., because they give a very good portion of meat. But tonight I went to Ono Hawaiian barbeque in Friant avenue Fresno.
I ordered a Hawaiian plate with 2 kinds of meat a barbecue beef and teriyaki chicken. The portion of meat was not good . A few slices of chicken and a few slices of beef. I ate the food but I was not satisfied.
So I told the lady who served me the food and to the guy who cooked the food that the servings of meat was little. Her response was you are so kind with her sour face.
Preferred solution: Please tell all the branches of the chain restaurant to continue the very good size of servings.
Horrible service twice
I have been given horrible service twice at this location. She was rude and did not answer questions. I also wasnt given any teriyaki sauce or asked if I needed any.

Very poor customer service
I ordered 3 chicken plates to go. When I came back home.
The plates did not cone with any sauce or condiments. I call the store, and they told me that I was supposed to get the condiments myself and that everybody knows about this. Obviously I did not know and the girl that gave me my order told me that the condiments and sauces were inside the bag. After this, I was so pissed off that I could not even eat.
And all that they could say was," I don't know what to tell you". I'm definitely not ordering from here again.

1st, of all, wait over 30 mins r so for my food. The order was half wrong.
Eat my food there that final reach me.30mins, when I left went to do more errors got upset stomach, cramping & diarrhea for 2(1/2) days. Went to hospital, did blood tests. & .gave me medicine for my stomach. Contact Ono BBQ.on 1641s.
Alameda.st.suite#103. Compton.ca.90221. Made a report .on top of that, manger ask me do want another plate r refund. I said no.
I got sick.
