Unexpected charge
A little difficult but all was resolved very satisfactory. Once I got a hold of them it only took a few minutes to get things taken care of and I got a product for free minus the shipping instead of a full charge.

I shared your ad one time with my son. And I have been bombarded with your ads ever since.
When I showed my son how bad it was he decided to not purchase your item and chose another brand. I am going to make opinion known about how your ads are a complete annoyance on every social media outlet I can. I don't want a apology from you all. You know exactly how it works.
So the apology would just be a empty gesture. I am going to try and reach out to Joe Rogan to see if he knows how your ads hound people. He seems like a everyday person like most of us. So I hope he will make some kind of stand with the people your ad for the most part harasses.

P.S Please do not send me a fake apology. That would be more annoying then your ridiculous ads.

Charged incorrectly
After buying onnit black label 7 times, I then continued to end my subscription. I then was told that I would no longer be charged.
That didnt end up being the case as I was charged again and whenever I try to call the costumer service number, theyre never available to answer my calls. I want a refund and do not want the next bottle that they sent out to me.

I recently bought alpha brain thinking it would help. I took it for 2 and half days.
It made me gassy and i used the bathroom on myself on the third day 3 times. Im not pleased with it and ive stopped taking it. Id like to return it and get my money back. Please reply to this email and let me know what i need to do to get refunded for my purchase.
If there is anyway you could send me a return envelope to your company that would be better. I have no way of getting around.
