Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Was advised was TV problem; After visit from Xfinity, found it was a modem that had bad wiring inside of unit.

Replaced modem (no charge) was able to solve problem. Do not quit asking or demanding service when you know your problem exists!

Keep paperwork, such as receipts, warrantees, dates. With those items you can pull anyone's attention to your problem and get the results you want.

I bought a 50 inch ONN-Roku TV on 1/05/2025. Had a Roku 40 inch for
years no problems. Had Roku Streaming setup, no problems. Wanted a
Larger screen so bought another Roku TV, I thought! Was now ONN-Roku
TV. On guide booklet "Stated ONN-Roku TV-REGISTER your product to
activate your 2 year limited Warranty", I did after receiving TV.
Warranty stated, if original owner registered TV within 90 days the
warranty will be entitled to a full 2 year warranty period.
March 2, tv lost power and shut down. Thought it was Roku Streaming & Romote problem-NOT!
Could not get wireless internet connection. Called
ONN-Roku for assistance. Rep was advised when purchased and problem.
Tried a lot of things still could not establish wireless internet
connection-kept refusing password. Called Xfinity-tried a lot of tech
stuff-nothing worked. Still no wireless internet connection. Tried
setting tv to factory reset-still nothing. My PC and Cell work on same
wireless internet service-same new password. It has been establish
through Xfinity and my efforts the problem is the TV and now I have
been told by ONN-Roku, the warranty has expired-extension was for only
30 days. According to ONN own booklet that is a falsehood!
I just want my less than 2 year old tv fixed, not being discarded as
an old fool! ONN-ROKU KEEP YOUR WORD!
