I have bought various flea products; squeeze on for dogs and cats and the spray for our yard and have spent quite a bit of money on these products and nothing has worked! I'm very disappointed and I also bought 2 bottles of the Homeopathic skin & coat drops and have had no success with those either!

I'm not sure if my orders can be looked at and that I may receive a refund for these items! I am now still fighting with fleas and flea eggs due to your product not working and I've had to contact my vet to get steroids for my 3 dogs and 1 cat! It has become very costly for us since the products we purchased and tried failed to kill the fleas on our animals and they're now in our house!!!

I tried to go to the contact email that was on the website but was not able to get on it so this was the only other option I seen! Makes me wonder.

I placed a big order for supplements to help with immunity for my 15 rescue kitties. One of my kitties had just got over a URI that took 3 10 day courses of 2 different kinds of antibiotics.

EVERY product was a disappointment. The Senior Vitamins smelled so bad that I was afraid to feed it to my kitties! Smelted like burned plastic. The flavoured bone broths had no smell or taste ( yep,,,I tasted them to see.) Could pass for water, but added to the wet food, ALL 15 NOPED them!

I called to return it and to my dismay, was told I had to pay to ship it back, So much for that "Happiness guarantee!" That's a purely worthless come on.

Kinda like a campaign promise! LOL!

This website has a 25% off coupon for new customers when you sign up for email marketing. I purchased $269.94 worth of food for my cats which made the discount $67.48 which is great!

I received the notification below the next day:

I reviewed their welcome email with the discount code and the entire website. There is no mention that the max discount is $35. I reached out to Sefan who sent the email and I never heard back.

This is a bad business practice and terrible customer service. Do they even want customers? I mean I was still spending over $200! If they truly don't have a discount greater than $35, why does their website allow it to go through?

Additionally, why would they cancel the entire order and not ask the customer (me) if I would accept a lower discount before cancelling the entire order? Another bad business practice. I realize that it might be a bit crazy to complain here because they did refund my order so this complaint is just about their Customer Service and policies.

It's just inconvenient to now have to go get the food elsewhere and I don't appreciate being lied to. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing from their website nor stop posting about this experience.
