They fixed it.

This WAS a complaint- maybe they got a new supervisor in? Yes, I was also charged before even receiving cd. I called immediately, told them I didnt want it, hadn't even tried it. I was told something about "200 post offices had closed.. That's how it happened." Return product for refund. I was unable to do this for at least 2 months. When I got back, I called them asking How do I return it, for refund - I found that I had already been refunded and told to go ahead and keep the cd. ! Haven't tried it yet, but at least now I feel like giving it/them another chance, so I can't say anything yet for the product, but... Hey, try them again and good luck. It could happen.

Onlingo Hooked Me For Partial Refund on FREE Trial

I made the mistake of trying out the Onlingo "free" trial. I called them 3 days, according to my records, before my "free" trial was up, only to discover they had already charged my account. Apparenly they begin counting the days either from when you place the order or from when, in my case, it's placed in my mailbox - not from the day you actually open it and use it. How am I supposed to know what day, exactly, it's delivered? Who checks their mail daily? Anyway, I wound up on the line for the current special price plus shipping and am keeping the product. Caveat emptor.

Actually, no they don't--especially if it goes through a PO Box. I don't check my mail more than once a week unless I'm expecting something.


I'm sorry, but I just have to point out that EVERYONE checks their mail daily.

Frenc free trial offer

hello it appears that Onlingo is a fraud they advertsise themselves as offering a free trial period. But, then they have the audacity to request c/c info. I told them to take a hike and play this game with some other idiot that lives down the block. I tried to cancel before I even received the product. I called the Customer Service department and was put on hold while the clerk said she would try to cancel the order.

What happened?

She transferred me to some other marketing phone number shilling online education. This is a scam!


I totally agree with all the comments on the above. For anyone intending to try the language CD from Onlingo;PLEASE DO NOT!!

My personal experience is that I returned the CD during the trial period as I found the CD too basic for me. 3 customer service officers have confirmed that the CD was recorded as returned in their computer system. But I still had a charge of $79.95 in my bank account. I argued with the customer service several times on this and they claim that they did not charge me.

I am so pissed!!

BOA is helping me on investigate on this case and seems like Onlingo is not helping! Please help yourself by not giving any business to onlingo.

Onlingo has cleverly hidden somewhere that I never saw the language that it was a free "trial". I thought it was a free sample. I was in the hospital when the first one arrived and in a nursing care center when the second one came. I was unaware of the HUGE charges to my checking account debit account and it caused me to have bounced checks. I never even opened these things, but there is no way I would EVER agree to buy anything that costs over $70 ea, My bank told me to send them back with a tracking number and they will get my money back but all I can find is a PO box on the box it came in. Do you have an overnight address?

Maybe it was the meds, dude. It is clearly marked that it is a trial program...EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE KINDS OF THINGS ON THE INTERNET ARE TRIALS...get a clue.

You can contact them directly at their website; it's their version of a brick and mortar store, and resolve your problem.

Oh, and Pamela...I'm sure you argue with everybody about everything because you never listen...or read, apparently, because the 30 day policy is in writing on their website.

You know, just because it doesn't jump up and slap you in the face doesn't mean it isn't there. Sometimes you have to assume responsibility and be a grownup, and read all this stuff.

I am so tired of whiners.


No they do not have a 30 day rtn policy..

And refused to refund ..although they have recived thr product back.


Why don't you just look at they have contact info and returns policy there.

They offer a 30 day refund. I called and they were very polite in offering the refund.
