My intention was to buy a tablet, only to find that the advert showed it as a tablet, but only a keypad was sold.
Preferred solution: A tablet if they have ,if price is above the delivered product I can be able to pay difference to make it R1500

2 tires ordered, 1 received
Two tires ordered, one received. Tried to get a replacement for the one that got lost, and was told to return the one I got instead.
After returning, they only refunded me for one tire, the one they received.
Have been trying to figure things out with them, and already lost hours in the process. Unsuccessful so far

Pick up 3 packet but showing in cancel.
I have picked up 2packet sub order no. 841961****48_1, Delihivery 110579****11_1 and 357063****71_1 through DTDC dated 01.02.23.
but mishoo is showing in account in cancelled.
When I register complain then customer support ask for signed manifest but no any logistics partner give any signed menifiest. Here supplier are helpless.i am attaching support answer.

2 emails from walmart.com sent to company with no return call. attempts made to contact walmart.com and this company with no contact made. just made contact with walmart.com today and email was sent to vendor.

Billed to a card that didn’t belong to them.
Billed to a stolen credit card the person
Charging on the card did not own the card. The card is mine band I didnt give permission to charg 1002.48 on it. I dont even know who did it.

You allowed someone to purchase tires on my credit card on 08/24/22 for $1002.48. Well I caught the bogus charge and having the bank return my money and back charge you.
You can get your money from the thief you allowed to use my card number.
It is definitely not going to clear your bank. You should answer your phones.

They charge my credit card $ 301.29 before they send the tires and I cancel the order because take to long to get it and wait 10 days and I even call a lots a times they say they going to fixate but the only thing is happening is my credit is ruing because of them

Ordered four tires and received only three.
I ordered four tires that onlinetires said were available and only received three. My first attempt with their customer service failed, two weeks later I will have to return the three tires for a refund because I can not use three.
They are selling tires that do not exist. I ordered the tires from a Walmart web page via onlinetires.

Easiest way to buy tires?
I ordered new wheels and tires from onlinetires.com on April 14th. It took 2 and a half weeks to get the equipment due to a discontinuation of the TOYO brand tires I had ordered.
They paid the difference to the upgraded tires and said they would mount and balance the tires on the wheels free of charge, and send a free set of lug nuts. I thought that was a fair trade. When I finally got the set with the new lug nuts, the lug nuts didn't fit and neither did the stock set. I called and the company said they would ship a new set free of charge and garaunteed them to be delivered 3 days later.
3 days later, no lug nuts.... I call the company once again and the lug nuts were never shipped. They claimed to over night them and 4 days later.... still no lug nuts.
I have now had the set of tires and wheels for a month.... as well as a flat tire. I am out of a vehicle until the darn lug nuts come in...
this is BULL!!!! Will NEVER use Onlinetires.com again!

This seems to be how www.onlinetires.com works? I ordered a tire that their site explicitly said was in stock.
Next I get an email saying it will take 6-8 weeks to get the product from the manufacturer, but they could switch me to a different tire.
Funny thing is, the tire I ordered has been out of production for almost a year. So how are they going to get it in 6-8 weeks from the manufacturer?
