I saw an ad on Facebook for Coach purses. I placed an order for three.
I never received them but all along I was getting emails saying that the order was being prepared. Finally, I got an email saying that the order was in customs being inspected. Then I finally received an email saying they were going to be delivered. I never received them.
I googled the company only to find out that I had been scammed. I am very upset.
I don't think things like this should be allowed. I'm just wondering if there is a way for me to get my money back?

I have delivered my product on 30 th Dec 2022 and mishoo payment paid me on 16 th January but on 20th January 2023 mishoo mention return same sub order no. 691169****90_1.and dudct money with return shipping charges from my outstanding payment.still i have no recive my product also.

As of Feb. 22 2022 Goodwill industries still have not contacted me back.
Goodwill apparently it makes no difference to them. I still cannot bid on any of thier sites.
Unbelievable to me that not one person can give me answers as to what happened and how to fix it. SMH they are pushing me under the tug, so to spea,k over this ordeal
I had tried to remove them. Asked several times on support tickets I sent. Called n left voicemail. Pleaded with the support tickets to tell me how to remove them.
Yet not one responded back. I finally called a number n a manager called me back. Asked him to remove the bids, repeatedly apologized to him for what happened, yet I continued to win the bids because of those max amounts. Every time someone placed a bid I would keep bidding, the max bid just kept going.
I spent hrs trying to remove them off the 2 sites that had them. To this day I still have 2 open lots over 150 dollars, I'm assuming I'm supposed to pay, which I am not. Not, my account has been suspended because the lots are past due. I'm so frustrated and angry they wouldn't help me.
Disgusted, no one listened and helped after practically begging them. I was told to email shopgoodwillsupport with all the screenshots of my complete bid history ext, which I did. It's been over 2 weeks n no one even responded back to me. Just revoked my bidding rights.
I feel if I did put a max bid on the 2 sites y wasn't anyone helping me when I'm begging for help.I feel bad it happened, but prob sent in 100 support tickets explaining i needed help yet no one cared or even read them. Had even one person had helped me all this could have been taken care yet no one cared or heard my pleas. I'm still upset, waiting back on n email from them. This is not over until I get the satisfaction I deserve.
I thought I was doing good, donating my money, but they don't care about anything but getting paid. It's exhausting. The most horrific n worse customer support I have ever encountered in my life. They can all kiss my ++++ as far as trying to get them to hear my words.
All they want is the late payments, 2 of them I don't believe ould pay. I have apologized enough for this to them. Do they care....apparently they don't? I also received a lot of three purses, and one wasn't even the right purse they advertised.
Arrived stink ripped, literally disgusting, I told them several times. Not one thing back apologizing or never did they try to make it right or say they were sorry. Sending screenshots of a lot of bags that did not have all 3 bags as shown in their ad lot. Also sending a complete bidding history that makes no sense at all because of the max bid they wouldn't take off, so of course I won the lots.
A max bid of 2000 was placed on used and as is purses which is ridiculous. They seem to think I did this purposely.
Now, how could I possibly benefit paying more for these purses. SMH, in utter disbelief of my treatment from them.

Verified ReviewerItsy’s offering say “Free Shipping”. Not true!!!! I thought I would be paying $172.00 but got a notice from the seller that it would cost me another $250 for shipping.
Misleading ad on free shipping should be clarified on the page of item or an offer of reasonable cost. This is twice I found something nice that I wanted but the cost of shipping was unacceptable!

I ordered some items from Walmart the delivery person is delivering the items outside of my gate I look on my ring camera they delivered a box which should of been a hover board at 3 am and told Walmart the delivered it at 3 pm and someone signed for it which is a lie I called Walmart and was told they would exculate. The issue now I have to find him something else plus i lose the money what kind delivery service do they have I am so disappointed wit Walmart right now I am waiting on one more item on the 15th I hope I get that

Thefireplacecenter.com sent the wrong item and refuses to refund the shipping and is charging for restocking fee even though they sent the wrong item.
I called within the day and they did not cancel even though it had not been shipped. Still they would not cancel and sent it anyway.

I tried and tried to work this out with US Flags/OnlineStores.com!!
My Grandson wants to order from them almost daily.
I have to tell him that they were BAD people and won't
order from them again because their Customer Service stinks!
1) ordered Grandson many flags and contacted them 1 minute later saying I saw a duplicate.
2) I paid for a fast shipping $10.00
only to receive over
a week after Christmas.
Customer service never handled by phone or email!
My Grandson and I would have become great customers!
Their loss!
