My invoice totaled $142.13. When I printed out the invoice there was NO DATE and NO INVOICE NUMBER.

I jotted the information down by hand. Invoice date was 11/26/18. I returned an item $62.23 within the allotted time 12/27/18. There was a printed parcel return service sticker.

I jotted the return information down by hand, and returned the package with the pre-printed label. This label information was necessary to track the shipment. They had many excuses for not receiving the return and processing the refund.

One was that it was returned to the wrong warehouse. After many communications, phone email and chats, they finally refunded my money 3/29/19.
