I have lots of questions, and no answers
- - Divorce started Oct 2021 and was sent to the courthouse in Aug 2023.
- - Paperwork was sent back repeatedly for fixes and took over a year and a half.
I started my divorce papers October 2021. It is now August 2023.
And my divorce papers were just now sent to the courthouse. It has taken me over a year and a half to get a divorce. We are going on two years. it wouldve been easier for me just to go to a lawyer.
I wanted a quick, easy divorce and that is not what I got. Every time we submitted our papers they got sent back to us saying that there was something wrong with them. We fixed it. We sent it back.
You sent it back. We sent it back. We have been doing this for over a year and a half. I will not under any circumstances.
Recommend you for anyone to use. Yes for a divorce. I am not happy with how long it has taken for this divorce to go through. Ive called and Ive emailed.
Most of the time it takes you a week to two weeks to respond back. Im not happy with this at all.

A friend of mine also used their service, They were 2 steps behind me. This company made them print out their documents.
They had mailed mine. They also added extra charges for storage, handling fees.
a lot of extra fees that they did not put on mine. It seems that they are getting a little more aggressively over charging.
I filed with them for a divorce. Paid them the money for filing for the divorce, the court fee.
Several weeks later never heard back. I emailed them. They said that the paperwork had been signed by the soon to be X wife and was on the to my county court house.
So I called the soon to be X to confirm, she said no she had not received anything. I will be checking to see that the money orders have been cashed or not tomorrow,

I had to look up the site and online procedures. This site is only for uncontested divorces.
Your spouse may have been agreeable when you started the process, but he HAS to participate fully at each step. If he doesn’t (as you stated), that changes your needs to “contested” which is not an option. If you need legal assistance hire an attorney. If you want your money back, ask your spouse.
If you failed to get his assurance of an uncontested divorce prior, then you have yourself to blame.
