I never received my sub woofer and still being charged. This been going on for 2 months now .
I contacted the merchant they told me I have credit of $765 which I dont need the credit I just want my refund . This is not right. I spoke too affirm but nothing is being resolved.
Affirm told me they was gonna get a hold of the merchant and get back too me about my refund . But nothing is resolved..

I purchased a remote for my boat stereo. They quoted 1 to 2 business days to process.
An hour after I placed the order I realized I bought the wrong part.
I immediately emailed them (since they have no ability to cancel it online) and cancelled the order.
it took several days before I was emailed back and was told you must call to cancel the order and that the item was already processed.
I then had to fill out a form and send the item back.
(a paper form??? Really?)
After two weeks of them receiving the package I still did not have my refund.
After 3 weeks I finally saw my credit card refund but had a 10% restocking fee AND Non Refundable Shipping Charges of $13.00 for an item that was purchased as FREE SHIPPING!!
Now I'm out about 50% of the product cost.

I bought a pair of cerwin vega 12" subs from them advertised on google shopping and are still advertised on there. The day they were to arrive they told me they were on back order and they had no idea when they would have them but kept my money after false advertising this product for sale.
Im pissed so I complained.
Then they voided my order and never returned my money. Do not shop there if you do they will lie and jack you.

Terrible customer service got an email that item was shipped Friday called back Monday Tuesday wendsday and today tell me that its been shipped from alternate warehouse still no tracking number pissed like *** been hung up on lied too and spoken too very rude they suck like ***!!!! Buyer beware

I purchased 2 amps and a sub to make my system all alpine. Order placed on Saturday. Monday, received text that one amp was on backorder. A couple of days later was told they couldn't get that amp anymore. Im am just a little pissed that they already shipped the other items.
Do not buy from this company!!!
Now they want hassle me on returns.
I didn't want return anything. I just wanted the products that were ordered. the only reason I installed the other items is because they said that they were getting more. Liars.

Two weeks later- Where's my stuff?
I am so irate right now. I placed an order on 5/21/2014 for a car component speaker system for my boyfriend's birthday.
His birthday was June 2nd. Today it is June 4th and I just got off the phone with customer service for the 5th time in two weeks. There has been no shipping information provided to me from their site or UPS. They tell me every time I call that there will be shipping info updated by later that evening, still nothing.
I spent $200 on a nice gift for my BF that hasn't even arrived. The customer service was awful and they do not offer faster shipping when the error was made on their end. When you discuss your dismay because of the order they are rude and disrespectful. Customer is not first with this business.
I only wished I would have read other negative reviews before I did business with them, as i would have taken my money elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Onlinecarstereo.com Is one of th worst companies I have ever experienced when shopping online. They have Horrible customer service to start. I called three times to cancel an order that hadn't shipped in two weeks and was greeted by an answering machine and never received a call back let alone a cancellation of my order.
To top that off, I decided to order another two speakers for my car, and when they arrived, they had sent me the wrong speaker! I am not going to bother spending 15 bucks to return the speaker and hope they have the other in stock. Plus I don't think these people would even bother to send me the right speaker the second time around.
Their customer service is terrible, their shipping is especially bad if they don't have the item in their warehouse(and they won't tell you they don't have it beforehand), and they can't even get the orders right.
On the other hand, though I would never order with them again, they are a great site to look for speakers and merchandise. They have a huge selection to chose from and can help you decide which speaker is right, BUT buy it somewhere else.

After being hung up on, lied to several times, having 130 dollars held from my account for 3 months with no products, and sitting on hold for hours on several occasions I'm PISSED!!! You will not get a notice if your product is not in stock therefore you wont receive it.
Even if you take the time to sit on hold for hours and call they wont know when the products will be in stock to send to you. Even then if they are in stock they wont ship them, you need to call and make sure there doing there job and didn't forget to send your products apparently. I have never dealt with a company with such horrible and unprofessional customer service in my life. I'm going to make it my mission in life to put this company out of business so no one has to deal with them in order to only get what your hard urned money has paid for.
Please don't buy from this company!! you will regret it!!

Howdy!, this is the guy who posted the above review. I decided to buy another product from these guys, and it shipped fast, it was the right product, and I would continue to purchase speakers from these guys.
ALTHOUGH! Their customer service is not very good, I did finally get a hold of someone via email, and he helped me out. I wasn't charged for the speakers I never got, and the wrong speaker they sent was only 2 bucks of difference. SO I would like to take back my complaint with onlinecarstereo.com.
they aren't all that bad. :D
