Having placed an order for Brembo parking/brake shoes and getting the 'runaround,' which quickly became an absolute nightmare, the very worst I have ever experienced, I want this order cancelled and a full refund immediately, please, as no acknowledgement of payment or of the order was received. I have purchased this item from Autodoc (which, to my utter surprise, is somehow connected to you).
Well, they know what they are doing even if you don't (no hassle, immediate response to both payment and order) + a small discount to boot!!

Part was fitted worked once then went to start again and the pump was only making a humming noice. Removed part awaiting

Double charged
I can't complain about the customer service because its non Existing. I will follow up again this week and see if i can get any response back from them using Live Chat and see if i can bet my money back. If not i will contact my bank and claim the money back they took from me.
Good day. I see on my Bank statement I was charged for an item purchased on this website.
I was also charged again by Autodoc for the same item, so I have now paid double for 1 item. I need a refund paid back to my account.

They were fine. It was a delivery issue due to the courier.

I ordeded a part a week ago item 11063****. I would like to know when it will be delivered .
If i had known it would take this long i wouldnt have ordered it . It looks like i am going to try and get one else where now as i need the part this eeek .
I definitely wont be using you again or recommend you . If some one needs a part it is usually urgent so over a week for a small part is ridiculous
User's recommendation: Will never use again . Been waiting a week for a small part , now been told its going to be at least another 5 days . If i had known delivery was this slow i would have gone else where . And what the postage costs were you would think it would be a lot quicker.
