Having placed an order for Brembo parking/brake shoes and getting the 'runaround,' which quickly became an absolute nightmare, the very worst I have ever experienced, I want this order cancelled and a full refund immediately, please, as no acknowledgement of payment or of the order was received. I have purchased this item from Autodoc (which, to my utter surprise, is somehow connected to you).
Well, they know what they are doing even if you don't (no hassle, immediate response to both payment and order) + a small discount to boot!!

I can't complain about the customer service because its non Existing. I will follow up again this week and see if i can get any response back from them using Live Chat and see if i can bet my money back. If not i will contact my bank and claim the money back they took from me.

If i had known it would take this long i wouldnt have ordered it . It looks like i am going to try and get one else where now as i need the part this eeek .
I definitely wont be using you again or recommend you . If some one needs a part it is usually urgent so over a week for a small part is ridiculous
