Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Scheduling time with the therapist was difficult due to lack of availability that matched my availability. Over 2 months have gone by and three monthly payments (you pay in advance) and I have not had a single session.
I'm now into them for $896 and not a single session.
They keep charging if you get any time scheduled or not. What a scam to get you to pay in advance for a month and they get their service fee despite whether or not you can get time with them.

- - First counselor claimed no after-2pm hours.
- - Second counselor no-showed for the first and for another, and the counselor reviewed our questionnaire.
The first counselor we were assigned told us that she didnt have after 2 pm hours, even though she had 2 pm and later on her calendar. We then selected another counselor who did a no show for first session, then scheduled another and didnt show for that.
Customer Service only responded via email says later saying that we can pick another therapist and our counselor reviewed and responded to our questionnaire.
So thats part of our service! Her responses were all Tell me more We are in great need of therapy and this company is taking advantage of that fact.
