Online sports.com advertised this piece of equipment as a frame and net. Low and behold they only shipped me the net. Product description and reviews said it included the frame. Said it was a mistake on the ordering site. Will not fulfill order. I say it is a bait and switch. Order one thing, get shipped another. I called and asked for a supervisor and got a voice mail box. No return call from the supervisor yet. Not my fault their product description is wrong. Company should make good on their promises instead of offering no help. Very disappointed.

Had a similar issue, except when I got through to management (woman named Chella). She blamed me for their ambiguity on their website and then was unwilling to work with me at all. Horribly rude and had no customer service skills.
