I will scam with someone using my email and my address and my ID card so I went to unemployment office and told him about it once you guys started this new program so now I can't draw unemployment or nothing from because of the scam going on you all told me to get back but I can't never seem to get in contact with you I'll get this straight unemployment is no help the workers down there are foreign they Haitian and they don't like to help Americans and they just causing me to lose my apartment and financing my food and my kids can you call me at 954-870-**** Willie Murphy

I need to change my bank account information for my child tax credit I had to change bank accounts due to hacking of my account so I'm trying to do it in enough time for my November 15th payment with someone please give me a call back as soon as possible I'm having a hard time with the photos and trying to get through to ID me we were so good together

No phone calls returned, week 2 cant get in, i get the same emails over and over again. Not sure why you cant speak to a live person. Just awful
