I order in this store a smartphone. The X70 smartphone.
Before I start canvassing other store to have a low price but the same unit. I finally ordered in this store because the price is low and the phone has a 7 plus screen size.
Before I order the unit I ask first if its really a 7plus screen size..so he or she without hesitant she said YES. But the phone is not 7.5 inches and he or she lied to me.
Preferred solution: Replacement of the smartphone
User's recommendation: If have enough money to buy a big phone do not buy a phone without a brand because its FAKE.

I ordered a headset from the Online Phone Store. When it arrived the order was not complete, there were parts missing.
I contacted them on December 20th and they said the rest of the parts would be sent out. I contacted them on December 29th and was told the items shipped and they could not provide a tracking number but that I would get it in a few days. On January 4th I was told that the items had not been shipped, and a supervisor was reviewing the claim. I then told them I wanted to return the order because of their lack of integrity.
The RGA form they sent indicated that a 15% fee would be assessed on the return for credit. What a rip-off!!

Called company for refund or exchange. Asked questions about different products and gentleman couldn't help me, so sent me to sales rep. She told me to call Motorola for info. Meanwhile I returned product for refund.
Instead they sent me another product not even close to what I was looking for.
When phoned again, I told them the story and felt I shouldn't have to pay S&H to send their mistake back to them. They were rude and obstinate; insisted that the guy I spoke to wrote that I wanted an exchange--but then if he transferred me to another person and she referred me to Motorola, how would they know what I wanted in exchange?; asked for supervisor who wouldn't do anything either. Would not even refund S&H costs for their mistake.
Paid $35 + $2 S&H, then for each return (twice).
In the end, had more than $40 into product I couldn't use and received less than $29 back on credit card. Totally absurd.
Even if I knew for sure what I wanted, I would never order from them again. Total rip-off. Absurd!

Online Phone Store.com (with in 1 week which was great)Called them and said the batteries exploded upon arrival...they said someone shipped phone with batteries in phone and shouldn't have been... send it back and they would replace phone and refund return postage fee.
Called after a few weeks said phone ordered wasn't offered anymore but similar phone costing more was,couldn't reach customer service.Told supervisor there was an 8 day window phone could've sent replacement or contacted me through phone or email info I left. Supervisor wouldn't honor original agreement, returned only $10 of $16 it cost to return defective phone that they admitted responsible for sending, and offered a more expensive phone.
Waiting weeks for phone, wouldn't have known anything until creditcard re-embursement showing up 3 weeks later. Very poor & unethical business, will neve use again.
