Non delivery of item

Do not use this site. I ordered glasses on 9/12/17 and have still not received them. Although they originally replied to my emails they have totally ignored my daily emails for the last week. i feel this service is totally unacceptable epsecially. I am now in the position of not having any contact ith them. I have written a letter but not yet teceived any reply. They originally said they would chase the order up but have totally failed to do so or even to keep me informed on what is happening about the order that I placed. This has taken far too long and I dont know how they can ignore all contact.

WARNING - DO NOT USE!

I have had a disaster with this company. They replaced my Ralph Lauren designer sunglasses lenses but when they arrived (after a whopping 3 week delivery) there were gaps between the lens and the frame. They looked awful. After a lot of messing around with communication verifying the fault with photographs and even paper passing through the gap to demonstrate the shoddiness and quality they eventually agreed to rectify their poor workmanship. There was further delay as they wanted me to pay for the return postage but eventually sent a pre-paid envelope. I sent the glasses back in early May and have heard nothing since, even though I have e-mailed and phoned multiple times. If you phone you get kept on hold for about 5-minutes and are then met with an answer-phone message leaving service! They have failed in every way. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, poor procedure and poor communications. I have lost my original order value (that I am currently charging back via my credit card provider) and have now lost my £250 designer frames. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You have been warned!!
