Trainings were helpful
I have purchased a few HR-related training CDs and have attended live sessions as well from this company and I must say the programs were very helpful and insightful. The customized programs are also very well-done!
Even the customer service was nice enough that I'm leaving a review here. I'd completely recommend Online Compliance Panel.

Resolved: Emails from ***
I sent several email asking them to stop sending the junk to my address as well as asking my ISP to black list them. Knock on wood, but something must have worked as I haven't had anything from them in the past 2 weeks. Great joy.
I have no idea how I got on the list with these folks and sure wish I knew how to get off it! About a month ago I started receiving about 6 to 10 unsolicited email each day and just can't get them to stop!
I don't know what they are, what they are about and I DONT CARE!!! I want to know how to get rid of them.
Further the topics outlined in the emails and on the website are of little use to me as I am retired.
I have no intention of resuming a career other than in a volunteer capacity.
Because this is so frustrating and is filling my i folder with junk I have reported them to my ISP. I have asked them blacklist this domain.
- Unsolicited email multiple time per day
Preferred solution: Remove my email address from your marketing list & delete any information in your database about me.
Resolved: Expert Training by Expert Traniers
Impressed by the training program. The trainer was an expert and he covered all the aspects of how to prepare for an FDA Audit.
It covered areas including: sample 483s, how can you prepare for FDA audits right from your product design stage, documentation requirements for QMS, QSIT audits, recovering from FDA 483s and more. But my current isue is I didnt receive the training CD that I have ordered? I want the training CD for future reference. I was promised that the CD will be shipped in 4-5 business days and today is the 7th day.
When I contacted the customer care they say the issue is with the courier guys.
Please resolve this immediately. I am waiting for your response.

Spammers
This morning, I received an email telling me "We are pleased to advise that you have been added as a registered user to OnlineCompliancePanel.com..." I've never visited their website, never registered with them, and have nothing to do with personnel compliance issues. I called to get taken off their junk mail list and wound up speak with their call center in India; spoke with a guy named "Amand" who promised to take me off their list, but was unable or unwilling to tell me how I got on it in the first place.
I demanded to be connected to either his superior or the actual company in California (per Google maps, it's a residence). He claimed the entire department was empty and all the marketers were away; I should call back during business hours (I called at 9:45 Friday morning). When I informed him it WAS business hours there, he changed his tune and told me to call Monday morning. I told him that wasn't good enough, and wanted to talk to whoever was in charge where he was.
Conveniently, they were all in a meeting, but I could call back in half an hour for "Mr. Dilip." Half an hour later, I got Mr. Dilip, who was no more help than Amand.
When I finally was able to make Dilip understand I wanted to know how they got my contact information and how to reach the company in Fremont, I was put on hold FOR TWENTY MINUTES. This is no way to run a business.
Preferred solution: Off their mailing list
Not worth it
I tried working with them and they just did not know what they were doing. Save your time and avoid them.
Looking at there catalog and what they offer you can get the same for other places. Once they get your name they just send spam and spam and spam. I had them black listed on our company site so they do not even show up in the spam folder. Spam is the only thing that they know how to do.
Your email box will be filled with emails from them once they get your email. they will never stop pestering you.
Online Compliance Panel is Garbage! Should be called Online Spam Panel
Online compliance panel repeatedly sends spam emails about over priced web based training that is useless and irrelevant. Trying to unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to is useless.
Trying to unsubscribe from this mess is completely pointless...well actually I believe it just confirms a valid email address as the SPAM actually increased. Every now and then this garbage scam company changes it up to avoid our spam filters, and there it is again. Filthy spammers trying to sell over priced hot garbage, then probably try to steal your identity along with your credit card information. Hey maybe I should start a web page and spamming campaign so I can sell over priced pot-holes in the city streets of any major city.
I will even tell you that we will put your name on the pot-hole. Oh ***...just gave online compliance panel a new business model.

Unsolicited email, does not process unsub
Just adding to the list here that this appears to be a shill company with shady marketing practices. We are .ca.us org and have been targeted by this company without solicitation multiple times.
Because our contact is public and public facing, they repeatedly bomb our address lists en masse. Clearly they purchased or scraped a contact list, and certainly they did it without solicitation. Our Barracuda can't take it any more! (Actually, it handles it just fine, however it's still an annoyance to monitor the spam every time the host changes.) The fact that there is a dedicated individual monitoring this forum for negative feedback and responding to it in the way they are should be obvious to anyone who has dealt with companies using this marketing model.
OCP, you guys are spammers. You can sugarcoat the definition however you want, but whatever advantage you perceive by doing this is just wrong and is being offered by someone either inexperienced or inept at B2B communications.
SEO, spam, and BBB membership purchases do not an ethical company make. Please stop.
Preferred solution: Stop spamming, stop telling people to unsub to unsolicited subscriptions
Onlinecompliancepanel has started spamming again
Onlinecompliancepanel has changed their e-mail address to compliancetrainer@***.onlinecompliancepanel.info and started their spamming again. Looks like they were kicked off by the last e-mail service provider.
When will they ever realize that many companies never ever buy anything from spammers. There is a better way to do business and that is permission based e-mail. Spamming to people all over the world does not achieve anything except earning the anger of people. Please do a google search of On Line Compliance Panel and you will see what I mean.
Finally, you low life retards at OnLineCompliance Trainer please stop spamming. You give Indians a bad name.
Unsolicited Spam Emailer
Anyone who is in business should understand one simple aspect: The nuisance they are causing to other people with their highly unprofessional work. Just why do you insist that I, an architect, get your completely unsolicited spam mails for events that you claim are about compliance in some area of biotechnology or medical devices?
Don’t you have the simple common sense to understand the complete lack of its relevance to me?
If this is how desperate you are for getting seen, I can only pity you for the way you guys run your business.
I wonder where your senior brass is from. Are you one of those unethical garage companies that operate from shanty towns and go about telling the world that they too have been to and deal with industrialized countries?

Online spammers
Is onlinecompliancepanel.com in the business of offering trainings or spamming? Is this what their courses offer, too? , I’ve never enrolled for any of their courses, but have a strong feeling that all their courses teach how to flood the entire world’s inboxes with spam mails!
Wow…!!! Today also I have received another emails from onlinecompliancepanel.com and I have hit the unsubscribe button AGAIN. And I have received another confirmation that you are removing my email from your mailing list. The next email that I get from you will be reported to your ISP as spam.
This company is big time online spammers.

Onlinecompliancepanel.com_Spam Complaints
The online courses at onlinecompliancepanel.com are very disappointing. I enrolled for one in the hope that it would help me expand my knowledge.
What I got was totally useless. I thought I knew a lot more than the “expert”. Why did I have to shell out such a huge sums (for us Indians paying the dollar equivalent in rupees, it is quite high) to be told what I myself knew? It was a very subpar teaching I got.
Not worth a paisa.
After that I have completely lost patience with these guys from OnlineCompliancePanel.com.
I repeatedly keep telling them to remove me from their mails, and they respond by sending more mails for some irrelevant and unconnected web seminars. Get a life and become professional, guys.

Spam mails from OnlineCompliancePanel.com
Spam mails from OnlineCompliancePanel is becoming a big irritant in my daily work. Listen guys. I have told you plenty of times to stop sending me mails of events that are completely unrelated to my work.
No idea why I am continuing to get so many mails from OnlineCompliancePanel even after asking them many times to unsubscribe. There is no need or relevance of your services to me. Please understand and stop the pestering.
Learn some basic decency and professionalism, OnlineCompliancePanel.com. Are you trying to remind me of your existence by sending me spam mails for business trainings that are at light years’ distance from my profession?
I don’t need to be sent any more alerts and spam mails soliciting my participation in your training sessions. Period. Go get a life.

Horrible Training company
What is preventing you from unsubscribing me from your mailing list? Why do you keep sending unsolicited mails time after time?
Me thinks the “unsubscribe” button is a dead one with OnlineCompliancePanel’s website. Else, there is no reason for them to keep sending me their spam mails every other day.
