I bought the assessment of ADHD and the course was highly inadequate for assessing adults, which is what I needed. I reached out to CS, Tim, who did not provide me any means of signing up for the sessions with the experts. Three months passed without a response back, so I filed for a refund then was threatened with a lawsuit. It also took the refund request for Tim to even let me know where to sign up for help and denied I ever emailed him for any.

I bought the ADHD evaluation for kids and adults, but the adult portion was too negligible to put into practice. I reached out to ask how to get help and did not receive any information on how to sign up for the included sessions. I then tried to get a refund and was threatened with legal action despite the lack of assistance in getting what I paid for.

Excessive fees

The company charges $25 per month to access their service, requiring a year-long rather than month to month commitment. I did fall 2-months behind on the $25 which was on me - however They charged fees of $52 per month (2-months) in fees for this. That's $2.50 per day, buried in their little contract. I don't recommend you use them because they have excessive approaches to their processes buried in the contract.
