I was contacted by Debs Arden on Facebook over interest about getting a manuscript of mine edited I emailed her over the manuscript and was told it would take a month to complete three months passed and I emailed her she submitted the manuscript back which was filled with errors I told her that I wanted a full refund which she refused.

User's recommendation: Do not used the Ardens for editing.
