One would think that since most of the competition provides either free or minimal charge provides e-Transfers to their customers, so would ScotiaBank. All that you guys provide is 2 free transfers and if someone needs more, you guys charge $1 per transaction. This is gouging on a grand scale.

Online banking conversion has serious technological issues. Apparently, there are a number of customers with corrupted accounts.
Although the bank indicates the transaction is incomplete, the payment is being made by Bill Pay, but does not show that it is being processed. I have been working with Synovus for two weeks to resolve the problem and they suggested that after 30 years, I may want to switch banks because they do not know how to fix it.
