This financial institution hide fees and charges excessive fees not listed in your opening contract. This financial institution will steel monies and claim they have the right to charge outrageous prices for services not listed in their contracts.
When trying to resolve issues the first customer service agent was unprofessional.
The manger might have been polite but was content with keeping their money and closing my account. They are in the business of steeling monies under the protection of being a financial institution

This bank actually denied me my RIGHT to dispute a fraudulent charge. AND they knew nothing about the companies who billed me. All they had were call center contacts who claimed to know nothing about the companies who took my money.

In the last two weeks, I've had to re-set my password three times. As I was signing in, I was careful to enter each letter/symbol correctly. However, despite that effort I was forced to re-set the password. Before Harris changed over to the new online system, I never had a problem signing in.

Ever since Sterling took over Astoria Bank, nothing has worked properly. Can not get telephone access to my account without something called dual verification which does not work anyway.
The people on the phone are polite, courteous, friendly but incompetent.
They don't have a clue how to remedy my problem. Looks like I have to switch banks.

I was locked out of online banking randomly and they require a phone number to call or text you a code to get on. I don't have a phone so I was told by a supervisor I could no longer use online banking if I don't have a phone.
This is my account, they do voice recognition, and ask security question why cant they allow me online banking? this is not okay never had a problem like this before and I've been baking at TD since 1999.
