It was difficult to find the service phone number. It took several emails for the service person to give support information on the correct model of product that I own.
My model has just died and can no longer function.

I’ve never had any major issues with the until. It has been stellar in performance ands look
The network radio was glitching, but a simple restart seems to have fixed the problem. For value, I would rate this unit up there with the Denon middle-of-the-road units.
I own the TX NR777 and the TX NR61000. So far, I’ve had no major issues with my units and hopefully, I will see many years of quality and workmanship.
