Return label they said expired I need to return the shoe so I can order
I need the return label so I can return my shoes but everytime I entered the order number its say expired so how can I print or get the return label. Can you send it to my email lotaandres@***.com ASAP and when I got the shoes is too big for me its a men size I need women size 10 so pls I need the return label. I bought two pairs of sneakers, totaling $550. I can check that my order arrived using E-Global.
However, when I want to make a return, the website doesn't recognize that my order is connected to my email. I have emailed every single Onitsuka Tiger globally. Nobody can help me because they ship through Global-E. When they have answered my emails, the computer or person doesn't understand my email, so we go back and forth and get nowhere.
I am extremely frustrated, especially since I love their sneakers and they are of high quality. It's a pity that they haven't invested in their customer service.
I would love to be able to return these items and get a refund.

Onitsuka Tiger, website does not include address, email, or any real detailed information on returns. You are instructed to input order number and email-it then generates an automatic message that you can no longer return as the time to do so has expired.
I initiated the return the same day it arrived as it was too big (size).
I ended up emailing every Onitsuka Tiger email I could find (they have various stores worldwide). And Recieved responses that it was the wrong email and directed me to various other wrong emails.
Bad Customer Service
I have had an extremely difficult time returning items that were incorrectly sent by Onitsuka. I ordered Tiger Mexico 66 in a size 31.4 European and was sent a size 41.5 (in a size 49 box).
I then requested a refund within the 30 days allowed and was denied based on an error on their end showing that I was past the 30 days. I resent the invoice showing the correct date and photos of the items, and then two more back-and-forth emails (this has been over a two-week timeframe) asking for more photos to "prove" I received the wrong items.
Finally, a return was approved, but now it says the shipping costs, $41, will be deducted from the return amount. If I am not refunded the entire amount I am at the point where Social Media becomes the next step.
