I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my account and the verification of my right to work documents.
Approximately a year and a half ago, I applied for a Deliveroo rider account under the name Zulqarnain, as a single name. At that time, I used the same name for both the first and last name fields. However, I have since legally changed my name to Muhammad Zulqarnain and updated all my official documents, including my UK driving license and Pakistani passport.
Unfortunately, it seems that the Deliveroo system still reflects my old name format, which has caused a mismatch with my right to work verification. As a result, my recent attempt to upload my right to work documents was rejected.
Additionally, I have obtained my UK driving license since I initially applied for the account, and I would like to change my account from a cycling account to a car account.
I kindly request that you update my records to reflect my current legal name,

I had to cancel my trading 212 account / ISA because I could no longer access my account because of this horrendous piece of software. Completely unfit for purpose. Avoid at all costs.
