The Onexbus from Brampton, Ontario on the 3rd of February did not arrive at either 2:02am or 2:30am from London, Ontario to Pearson, Toronto. The bus service informed me that they canceled the 12:02am service but they did not inform me that they canceled the 2:30am service.

As a result, I had to make other arrangements with VIA rail at 7:30 am, which cost me $90.00 to get back to Mississauga.

I have been in touch with Onexbus and given them information about that trip, but they have not reached out in return. I have asked for a refund for the trip and the expense of $90.00, in addition to compensation for the inconvenience caused by this trip.
