Oneworld - Individual airlines do not care about the Alliance issues

I have been a Qantas Gold Frequent Flyer for more than 15 years (now almost a Lifetime member). That entitles me to a One World Sapphire status.

But when I fly through London LHR (went through 5 times last year)...they don't recognise my status (although BA is a One World alliance). This year, I have booked some flights using BA and even online, my status was not recognised. I was told to clarify with Qantas. I did, and they just confirmed that I am Gold and therefore One World Sapphire...they asked me to clarify with BA.

I tried, and every time I send my complaint...BA's reply is an apology from BA...then they send a series of links for Manage Your Booking, change/cancel flight, seat, baggage allowance, etc...All of these are of no use to me.

Will BA please look into my issue as there is no way I can resolve this on my own...my case numbers (from latest: 0687****...0649****)...I have another few more trips this year and I have lost confidence in BA, and I sincerely hope that some senior management looks into this issue.
