Six months he's had my car still not fixed
This company has hady car for 6 months. I was down in Louisiana for my son's wedding when my electrical system went down iny car.
He promised he could have it fixed in two weeks. Needless to say I have had to move from Texas to Louisiana lost my job of thirty years because I could not afford to keep renting a vehicle and have to live off of my savings. My adopted 3 yr old son has had no Christmas or birthday because I can't get another job no car. I am one month away from having no money at all I have been stuck in my house for five months because I can't afford to buy or rent another car and this man literally waited till my warranty ran out on my car to send his diagnostic which is different now from what he originally said was wrong with my car.
I have stage 2 cancer and can't get toy appointments because I have no car. My insurance has been dropped because I had to quit my job. And his exact words to me when I explained how bad I need to get my car is that sounds like your *** problems not mine. At this point even if he would fix car I can't pay for it and I'm sure if I don't find a way to make money soon I will be homeless and my car will be repossessed.This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with and his excuses are ridiculous.
He should be put out of business. Hopefully I can save someone else from loosing everything they have worked for their whole life because of a ride obnoxious lazy mechanic
