- - I did not receive 1074 USD for the cancelled ticket.
- - The cancellation ruined my trip; I asked about a refund and I have not been refunded.
A terrible experience which ruined my trip beside that I never received the 1074 USdollars which I paid for the ticket that was cancelled without a good reason except that I asked about the refund in case of cancellation ! But this doesnt mean that I wanted to cancel.
FYI in any ticket booked with any airline you are informed in advance if there are any penalties in case of cancelling the ticket but in one two trip case it wasnt mentioned therefore its normal for me to ask but doesnt mean that I want to cancel!!!
The cancellation by one two trip ruined my trip beside that I lost my money and havent got anything back yet. I am very disappointed.

- - Cannot get electronic confirmation; it shows altered surname, corrections refused, redirected to airline; concerns about OneTwoTrip fraud.
If you facing the same situation plase file formal compain with I booked with this agent online. When I could not received my electronic confirmation from them I e-mailed company directly and received my electronic confirmation with altereate last name.
They declained to make any correction and claiming that original bokking is conducted on this name.
They refused to make any corrections and redirect me t an airlines. I contacted an airlines and they refered me back to teh agent that book my tickets for corrections which Is ONeTwoTrip.
I am writing this review to alert other consumers of fradulent activities of OneTwoTrip company in order to obtain your personal information they conduct fraudulent activities with booking and money extortion!

The problem is, I was making the reservation and it got canceled and charged simultaneously. I need to find the reservation number because I called my bank and the amount was charged. I trust this company, I've never had a problem with this company. Please don't fail me, find me the reservation number.
