I sure got taken for a ride, and from other reviews it seems I’m not the only one. I ordered three bags in August 2018 and of course I have not received them.
As another customer mentioned you get canned responses with no action. Why isnt BB doing something about this?

Total scam
I ordered from them and after 90 days had not received my items. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was fortunate to get my money back.
There are at least 50 complaints filed with the better business bureau about the same thing. You can't find a phone number for one trolley.
I have even gone to one trolleys Facebook page and posted what a scam they are and told people not to order from them. I think they have resurfaced under another name

Finally received a tracking number for DSL that DSL had no information on. OneTrolley.com website has been taken down for maintenance and updates....can't even find the tracking number again. Boy what a total scam.

I have not received any additional correspondence from OneTrolley. Their website indicates it's under maintenance.
No phone number, no address, just an email that only provides canned responses. I've resigned myself that I've given someone my money for nothing. I cannot cancel the order or have the charges added back to my account because I used a debit card. I know better...always use a credit card when ordering online if you hope to have any type of resolution.
Before ordering anything on the internet, check out reviews (although they can be false as well). Look for verified buyers reviews.
Merry Christmas OneTrolley. Have a lovely time with the money you collect and fail to provide the product.
Ordered a satchel on July 21, 2018. Still waiting for my shipment.
Finally received a DSL tracking number last week but DSL is unable to provide tracking information. I should have read online review prior to placing my order as the cost was immediately deducted from my checking account. Most companies but a credit hold on your account and then put the charge through once item has SHIPPED. Emails to the company are polite yet ineffective in getting a confirmation from them or DSL.
I pray I'll receive this satchel in my lifetime or at least before I stop working....I won't need the satchel then. They said once it was received I could send it back for a refund.
Yeah right. If I ever get this product I'll do a happy dance.
