AI Highlights
  • - Purchased over 10 garments in 6 months; some were returned.
  • - Sale items are mislabelled; no returns offered; prices start at AU$150.

I have purchased more than 10 garments over the past 6 months. I have returned and exchanged some bought from boutiques, who are aware of the problem with this brand.

A dress I bought on sale directly from the company is incorrectly labelled a size Large. It is really a Small. They say "no returns on sale items" but they are aware of the sizing inconsistency problem. So it is a "Lucky Dip" for customers who buy a garment during a sale.

The items on sale are still AU$150.and upwards. So it is a lot of money to waste on an item that doesnt fit. They have ignored my emails requesting an exchange or a refund. These garments are mass produced cheaply in India , There should be more care given to correct labelling of sizes.

And accountability taken when a customer receives an item that is unwearable. Even if you try on the garment in a store, ordering the same size online doesnt guarantee that the garment will fit.
