Fake Website
After all this time I haven’t received any correspondence from the company. I did have to go through my bank to reverse the charges and I’ve reported the website to various other agencies. Thank you pissedconsumer for an empowering platform!
The website has been reported to the FTC and my bank is investigating the charge.
When I say Ive received nothing, I mean. It even a tracking number. The website goes so far as to send you updates via shop or their ridiculous chat feature, but still I have nothing for my money. Ive asked for a refund, Ive asked them to cancel the order (order #1985, like- am I one of their first customers ever, or the 1,985th sucker?) but I receive emails saying, congratulations, your order is on the road!
I dont think these scamming foreigner websites understand how things work in America- we know that there are going to be certain things we receive because of the type of consumers we are- this website has failed to provide anything valid and/or tangible. Ive reported this website to the ftc and now here-save your money and forget this website!
Preferred solution: I want these *** to take down the website, issue a refund and apologize.
