AI Highlights
  • - OLX shipping was cheaper; issues followed.
  • - Delivery occurred at 1 am to a far intersection from my house; signature provided 6/30 and UPS is now used.

I contacted a lawyer. I'm done with the run around, can't tell me *** of why my package was delivered to an area not even close to my house and some fraudulent signature.

Original review updated Jun 30, 2021
I ordered vape juice and at the time the awesome company I buy from had either ups or olx for shipping. Olx was cheaper so I went for that and there began my mistake.
Package was shipping on May 18th from Buffalo Grove IL and traveled the east coast until it finally came to Westninster, MD on June 3rd.

.. Was delievered at 1 am (yup that's 1 in the morning) to an intersection 25 minutes away from my house. Those road names never were to close to mine and none of the house #s weren't even close to mine. Best part..

their joke of customer service and I got into it though email (still have them). I told them how it was delivered in the wee hours of the morning and they kept saying it was delivered and in my hands for since "someone by my name signed for it". Funny.. for my name is very uncommon and I asked for proof of their ID since they are supposed to take a picture of the person's ID when they sign for it.

Customer service stopped all communication with me.
I still use the same vape company just use ups now. Don't matter the shipping cost.
The map pic is where it was delivered, not even close to my area. The emails are to show I got no where with their so call customer service.
6/30 Finally they send me the signature from the carrier of the person who signed for my package. Smh..

fraudulent company. Never use them.
Cons:
  • No answers
  • Not helpful
  • Customer service

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
