- - Oneida Aptitude 20pc set shows fading gloss and weakened fork tines after a month; reviewer requests a full refund as Wayfair denies due to 30 days.
As of May 28, 2026, I have had no response from manufacturer.
Oneida Aptitude Glossy Midnight 20 Piece Utensil Set, Service for 4. Within one month of general use by a household of two people, the gloss has already started fading and the strength of the fork tines has been compromised.
Is this a random fluke, or is this product inferior? I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this utensil set, and I am requesting a full refund.
I have reached out to Wayfair, the company from whom I purchased this product online, and they are unable to help with a refund due to more than 30 days since I placed this order.
In the past, I have always been happy with Oneida products, but this product is totally unacceptable.

Problem with a product that I purchased a gift.
I purchased the flatware as a gift on Amazon. The recipient told me that the flatware has what looks like rust on it.
She cleans it with Barkeeper's Friend. Which is a pain. I contacted Amazon was told that my return request was past 30 days. I gave the gift in March but I purchased it in January.
I contacted Onieda and I was told to deal with Amazon.
The flatware is beautiful but it shouldn't rust!!! I'd like to return it and receive a refund.

I only wanted to make a purchase but got no response. All phone numbers suggested were invalid. Obviously a very shy company!
Is it possible to purchase a single fork from the Comunity range of cutlery? It is the larger of the 3 forks in the set in which I am interested. Thank you.

I sent an Email and all I got was a response of cleaning the silverware to remove spots, which it did not work. The item is a lifetime warranty and I have been a customer over 35 years.

I purchased several of your kitchen storage containers about 4 or 5 weeks ago. They are the red lid containers of various sizes.
The tops have cracked and are no longer airtight. I have a few older Pyrex containers and do not have this problem.
I am very disappointed in how easily they cracked (ripped) .. I've tried to copy some pictures here but it won't let me..
