My son, who is 15 and his father went to oneAZ credit Union and opened up a debit account under a savings account i opened up for him. I am the adult and responsible person for his savings account.
His father should never had been able to open up anything for my son under my name. We have never been married or together except in bed. They both have committed fraud. Cole does not have my permission to take anything out of this bank and there is no signature card for him to do so.
The bank has been notified several times but continues to break the law and their own rules. The bank has committed fraud. I have contacted the police but they do nothing as well. Because i have a Writ of Certiorari at the United States Supreme Court case number 23-5821, with 80 questions on the corruption of Yavapai county, no body in the state of Arizona will help me.
These apps are not supposed to let anyone under 18, Zelle does not, use them for a reason. I am suing the state of Arizona for over $1 billion dollars for their corruption of human trafficking. I also have several other companies i am adding to it like oneAZ credit union. Do you really want to be envolved with fraud, wire transfer fraud, and what ever else the federal prosecuter can come up with?
I need venmo to discontinue my sons use on this app. He is not 18 and has no money his parents don't give him.
