Filed a dispute for unauthorized charges
So my 8 year old son was talked into charging close to 200 dollars by his friend on playstation which I didn't give consent. I filed a dispute with one bank and they denied it 5 different times.
I should have never started banking with them.
They do not protect your money. They basically call you a liar and want you to provide iron clad proof of unauthorized charges
