Bait and Switch their quotes do research before ever hiring these people. They lie steal make no effort to address lost item, their word is worthless. They move me from TX to WA, flooded the home in TX with *** and only admitted it when I noticed wet carpet. They arrived in WA with 1 person to unload my furniture, broke numerous pieces of furniture, and your comment indicating they will address any issues is laughable. They have take no responsibility for the damage done nor effort to contact me to resolve anything. They had no interstate licenses when they moved me. I rate them less than 1 star.

Anyone using this company that has problems in a cross country move needs to contact FMCSA / NCCDB@***.gov to file a federal complaint and go from there. The web site will walk you through the form. Their interstate license had expired when I was moved. Be very very cautious scary group in many many ways. ! 1 World should have clued me to who they are I was much too naive to catch it, after the move a friend pointed it out. Just another group of people preying on Americans to get as much money in any way possible. Cost was set by sales guy and said so in confirmation email. I had to pay over $1500 more before the 1 person they sent would unload a house full of furniture. Hope this helps other consumers prevent what they did to me.

No interstate license at time of move. No proof of weight Cost increased over $1000 dollar Unlike the first report I would have been better off if they had cancelled. Attached is the statement your foreman provided related to their plumbing mess commode overflow in the house that had just passed a pre-sale inspection. TX has high mold risk which had to be immediately address by the carpet cleaner and bathroom cleaner. daniel given, he is working on his master of economics will recall he neglected as the foreman to inform me of the incident until I noticed the carpet looked discolored. he then admitted what had occurred and as the "foreman" admitted it was his responsibility as 1wvl. When will 1wvl be making arrangements to get the boxes that are not mine, to their rightful owner? Receipt for the record box delivered by Amazon to ensure the priceless record collection from my son's bedroom arrived safely also attached, he wants the records as I want the boxes not delivered. Have you located the boxes of mine you delivered to someone else? I would much rather have my mothers china and silver than be rightly compensated. Unlike the horrible memories of 1wvl burning in my brain, childhood memories of great meals on special occasions i want my items back to pass down to my family. My son is working on providing an estimate of the cost of the records your very careful movers lost it will be forthcoming. AS per my contract my belongs were going to storage which makes it extremely difficulty going through all the boxes along with the fact no box check off list was done by the 1 person you sent to unload the truck.

ONE WORLD VAN LINES-IBRAHIM ALZAATREH-RIP OFF TERRORISTS
ONE WORLD VAN LINES in Austin, Texas is the BIGGEST rip off moving company out there!!!! They make contracts with customers only to cancel them at the last minute leaving the customer desperate to find someone to help them. They do not offer fair and honest pricing and tend to change the bill almost everytime and significantly MORE than estimated. Even worse, the owner, Ibrahim Alzaatreh, sees no reason to deliver customers items timely and often leaves them waiting for their items weeks and weeks after promised. He has tremendous damages because he does not supply his workers with the proper materials or training to do the job properly. He uses blank, generic contracts which are not only ILLEGAL, but leave the customers very vulnerable. He does not have proper insurance and NO worker's comp, leaving his crews subject to injury without medical assistance or help. The way the owner, Ibrahim Alzaatreh, treats his employees (does not pay monies owed and spread lies and rumors about them to customers) is inexcusable and libelous. He only offers sub standard pay and then does not pay as promised. He even uses videos of Middle Eastern people firing off assault rifles in the air as a way to "intimidate" and display his "power". He has no regards for the safety and well being of his employees in any way. AVOID ONE WORLD VAN LINES in Austin, Texas unless you are a glutton for punishment and want to get RIPPED OFF by a company and man who uses TERRORIST type threats to get his way.

How would the customer know all this information if One World Van Lines cancelled the move? If they were "left to scramble to find another company at the last minute" as they describe then where did they get their information about the operations of One World?
I call shenanigans on this review.
This is either a disgruntled employee or a customer who got upset about something and is seeking revenge. Either way, part OR ALL of the review is false.
You must work for 1world van lines and obviously never used them I have and I agree with him. Was the worst experience I'VE EVER HAD.

One World Van Lines Cancels the contract they agreed to move you. Making up how the move is way more than they estimated.
In my situation they doubled the amount. I had a tight move to get to another State. I have still not received my furniture which was due a week ago.
Calling their office they will say I will get that person to call you back and they have not returned one phone call yet. Biggest fun around I have experienced
