We had the following major issues with One World Cargo Solutions. 1) Poor diction and a lack of communication. The contact person at One World Cargo Solutions speaks poor English, is the only person who can resolve issues, and there is no other employee to speak with (so she claims). She is not proactive, defers responsibility when there are problems, and does not call back as promised. She sounds polite on the phone, but her lack of professionalism is unacceptable and hurts her clients. 2) False information. We were told that our vehicle would be shipped, and it would arrive in our country in Europe in about two and a half weeks. But, instead, we received it in almost half of a year. This is unacceptable. It was said that our car missed the first carrier, but even if this were the case, it should have been a delay of about a month maximum, not five months. In particular, the car was not shipped directly to Europe but was unloaded in the Bahamas, where it was sitting for a while. 3) Hidden costs. Being forced to pay for car rentals, taxis, and even having to buy another car, are the hidden costs that we had when doing business with One World Cargo Solutions. 4) Disrespect. After her team lost our title and car registration, there were occasions when this "polite" contact person (at One World Cargo Solutions) blamed us for this. Later, only one of these documents was found. But, our car's title and car registration were provided to them before they transported our car. 5) Vehicle Damage. Our vehicle was also damaged during transport. There are nicks and dents on our vehicle now that did not exist before One World Cargo Solutions shipped our car. In conclusion, we lost a huge amount of money, mobility, an important document, and time as a result of doing business with One World Cargo Solutions.
