When the clothes fall apart on your back and you seek refund you then get the experience of having your intelligence and integrity insulted by a surly and arrogant manager. The Msasani Slipway management will not intervene although the lack of integrity and ethical business practice damages the legitimate merchants at the Slipway. Flush your money down the toilet before you make a purchase from One Way; at least then you won't have to endure the insult and degradation of dealing with the staff and manager of One Way.
