This company is a fraud. BEWARE
They lure you with an offer of free credit scores. They steal your SS number and PW, then ask for your credit card.
User's recommendation: Beware - Fraud
I did not authorize this company to withdrawal from my account
- - Charged $39.95 repeatedly after a free credit score.
- - Refunds denied; charges continued.
- - FTC complaint; $520 loss; not as described.
Scoresense, whose parent company is One Technologies, offered "FREE" credit score but ended up charging me $39.95 repeatedly on my bank card, which was not authorized. The deception of a week long trial period is a farce.
I tried to seek a refund but a refund was refused by a Scoresense manager. After weeks of calling representatives, and finally getting a an offer to refund the stolen funds, the company CONTINUED to charge my card and never returned the $ they promised. I finally got though to y Kevin Hain from One Technologies (the parent company of Scoresense). He refused to address my concerns or return the illegally charged funds, claiming that they had been returned to my account.
This was impossible, as my card had to be destoryed by my financial institution. FTC complaint filed. Kevin's direct-line phone # is 214.379.8359, and his email is khain@***.net. He is the 'Senior Escalations Advisor' (searchable on LinkedIn), and responsible for authorizing returns.
Has been with the company for many years, and has been involved in multiple lawsuits. File complaints directly with this individual, and site his name in FTC and bank complaints. This company has had many lawsuits against it in the past, and had to change locations on multiple occasions. Currently, they are in Texas.
Please return $520 to me immediately. Reason of review: Not as described. Monetary Loss: $520.
Preferred solution: Full refund plus damages. My advise is to have nothing to do with this scam company since they are deceiving thousands of people with their false and misleading advertisement on the web.
Preferred solution: Full refund
