Refferal
- - Referral to Humana requested since January; still not sent.
- - Billing is delayed because referral is not received; calls keep looping.
I have been asking the office to send a referral to Humana since mid January. I have called several times and I have gone into the office.
Humana has called several times as well. We are told it will get done asap but its now the end of march and still getting a run around. I have spoke to billing and customer service for One Medical, I either get disconnected or keep getting switched from one department to another with no end results.
I am receiving bills from the providers office because Humana cannot pay them without a referral! What will it take to just fax a referral over???
