One Jefferson Apartments

Please please please do your due diligence if you think you wanna live here. Don't talk to the management you need to stop yourself from wasting your money.

You will get trapped here. They make it sound like it's fancy up here but the windows are not insulated and there are huge cracks in the walls. The patios are literally falling off of the buildings. It's a muddy mess all the time because they have a broken sprinkler system.

There are homes currently underwater after the ice storm because they didn't do anything for us like shut off the water when we lost power. There is garbage around everywhere and there are rats galore.

Seriously don't do it. I'm doing you a favor.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. One Jefferson Apartments in Lake Oswego are simply horrible.

The location is great and that's it. The manager is so rude here it is unbelievable how someone can talk to you like that. We rented a unit here for one of our executives, who ended up loosing so many work days due to the poor conditions of the apartments, the constant issues with them, and most importantly the very rude and unprofessional manager.

There were rats, ants, and other issues.

It was bad enough that the apartment was poorly constructed and maintained, but the way the management talks to you here is just out right insulting. How the manager still has this job is a mystery.

Very unprofessional place with horrible customer service.

I have never in my life experienced worse conditions and unprofessional behavior by the property management staff at this One Jefferson Apartments in Lake Oswego. The parent company in Washington State should really start paying attention to what is happening here.

The manager is extremely rude, unprofessional and vindictive. The people working here have very little regard for the fact that these are people's homes. Constant reasons to enter the apartment. It took over 3 months to get the heating fixed. During the entire last winter, no proper heating. Multiple other issues as well. Unskilled staff that doesn't know what they are doing. Recently, my place got flooded and it took 4 days by the property office to contact me regarding it. Their contact was a piece of paper taped to my front door. Washer and Dryers left for almost 2 months outside in front of units and so much more. The reviews are so bad at this place doesn't anybody care?

There are rats here, ants in every room, windows that do not close properly, and so on. Just horrible conditions. My own insurance agent could not believe in the 10 years of her being in this industry how poorly the management is here. Even she got frustrated with them.

Do not waste your time or money here at One Jefferson Apartments in Lake Oswego. Unless, you want to have sleepless nights, get treated rudely, and overpay for poor living conditions.
