Overcharged for maintenance plan that was canceled.

I have been overcharged for maintenance plan that was started then immediately cancelled. See attached photos of charges made. Please refund to my card. I have called numerous times only to be told I would be contacted by customer service. I have never been called back. Please handle this matter asap. Very unhappy!

Overcharge and scam you

Beware this company scams you out of your money .Kamal showed up a hour and a half late .He said there was a electrical short and it would cost $600 to repair including the $99 diagnostic fee.He went to find the short and upon returning states he found the issue and it would be a additional $380to repair the problem after telling us it would be $500. He then explained the $500was a fee to search for the electric short which took less than 5 minutes to find .Which makes no sense since thats what the $99 service fee is charged to diagnose the issue .And when I looked online the part needed to be replaced was only $15 .When questioned about how I was being overcharged he replied that everything nowadays are expensive .This company will scam you out of your money and overcharge you .They also say on time guaranteed or your service fee is free .That was a lie.

Unreliable service

They didn't show up for servicing of air-conditioned twice. They took the money and ran. I write an amazing review when the sold and installed unit last year. But were not reliable to service this year. 15K is what my system cost. You'd think they'd be more customer oriented for that kind of investment...not!

Unprofessional service

After spending thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars for a new HVAC system, the house with the system on is at a balmy 83 degrees! No response from the company and no satisfaction! I wish I had my old 22 plus year old system back! They make loads of TV commercials but satisfy very few of their customers! No help and no concern at all. I have had to have my medication increased for congestive heart failure from the useless system! Worst business I have dealt with in over 50 years!

In my opinion they should do a better background check on the people that they actually hire for this franchise truly it is not a very friendly family orientated business the customer care cares so much it shows truly I have pictures that would definitely opposed with that saying that they have.

My extended service

I wanted to stop my monthly bill for service I dont plan on using the service. I need them to stop taking out of my account. It doesnt work for me so I dont want the service anymore.

Spent $7000 dollars on One Hour system that neither heats or cools. Winter-no better than 64. Summer- no better than 79. Uses 30% more energy than 22 plus old system for poor results. Several calls and emails resulted in worker coming out 2 days after trying to get an appt. Told us to change air filter and charged us $69 after being told no charge by 2 people.

Piece of junk

Unit installed June 2019, at one year anniversary, minus 2 days, a loud rattle, clicking noise emitted from outside unit, noise doesnt stop unless I shut unit off. called one hour air (installer), tech blamed it on the thermostat, wanted to sell me $150 one, luckly I had one!, no charge for call. August the loud sound again. I recorded it and attempted to contact Bryant to get someone to tell me what causing it, be proactive before complete failure. Labor day unit shuts, owner shows up, made him listen to recording of noise, he didnt know or cared! October 4th, finally the AC dies. Got a referral for someone else to look at it. The fan motor in the inside unit is bad, after installing new motor the sound is so quite than before, he also believes that the loud sound from outside unit could also be caused by the bad motor. If Bryant was a good company and had someone to troubleshoot the problem, I wouldnt be so annoyed. Also your local dealer should be expert at your product, they represent you.

One Hour A/C my @!#

"One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - East Orlando has been serving the Lakeland & Orlando area for many years. We promise prompt and professional service to all of our customers. “Always on time, or you don’t pay a dime.” ™ We look forward to solving all your heating and air conditioning repair, installation and service needs. Call us now to schedule an appointment." This is taken directly from their website. I called them the morning of JULY 21st around 10am for service on the A/C at my condo in zip code 32828 (East Orlando.) The dispatcher took all of my information and then he "verified" that they service my area" and informed me that i would "see a technician sometime today" Four hours went by so I called , after sitting in a 84 degree house with screaming children. The dispatcher told me to hold on a minute and then came back on the line and said that another dispatcher would be calling me with the estimated time of arrival. Five minutes later, a "supervisor" called me to apologize and say that they do not even service my area!!! I was livid. They offered no excuse except that the employee was "new" and didnt know. IF I had not called in to inquire, they would have never even called me back. Terrible business practice. What a way to run a railroad eh? If Mr. Scott Vigue (the owner) treats his other business (Ben Franklin plubming in Lakeland) customers this way I doubt he will be in business long. This is an outrage. Will never do business with them nor reccommend them and am going to report them to the better business bureau. David Chase Orlando, FL
