Once they make a sale, you can never get a return call
We bought 3 pieces for our commercial kitchen from don at one fat frog, he was Johnny on the spot before the sale was completed, after we received or pieces, I have called atleast 20 times and sent several emails requesting a return call about our fryer that has never worked and a possible exchange of another piece. After writing a bad review, I finally had someone from the company reach out to me, after reading reviews online I soon realized that I’m not the only one experiencing problems with this company, also finding they have been turned into the BBB 4 times in the last 3 years.
