My website and email deleted with no prior warning
I created a financial services start up and used one.com to create the domain and emails. Some time ago Nov16 there was a request for payment which one of my employees who no longer works with me tried to take care of whilst i was travelling. He requested a refund after talking to one.com support and realising that he did not need to make the payment. Now Feb 17with no email or telephone call no prior warning I find i cant send or receive emails and my site is gone. After contacting support they say my domain is deleted and there is nothing i can do. After 2 days of begging they say i can re-register the domain and must pay up front so i do so and i receive the link to sign a form. When i click the link the form has been deleted. Online support dont care and they have ruined my business my employees and I are desperate we cant communicate with each other or our customers our customers lose faith thinking there is something wrong this is ruining my life and One.com dont even care. Avoid them like the plauge if you value you site and email. I did not authorise my employee to contact one.com they should not deal with anyone but me there client and owner of the site and email domain. Why ask for personal documentation when anyone can mess around on your account
