Since 4 days I’m mailing asking for assistence, the replay is always the same robot language…Please please, help me in resolving the problem Hello, my website is offline since the PHP serverupdate on the 28th of November.The error is: HTTP ERROR 500The PHP version has been updated to 8.1 and also the used CMS has been updated because of the server update. This was 24th of november, everything worked fine then.Can you please help me with this issue?Thank you in advance

My website and email deleted with no prior warning

I created a financial services start up and used one.com to create the domain and emails. Some time ago Nov16 there was a request for payment which one of my employees who no longer works with me tried to take care of whilst i was travelling. He requested a refund after talking to one.com support and realising that he did not need to make the payment. Now Feb 17with no email or telephone call no prior warning I find i cant send or receive emails and my site is gone. After contacting support they say my domain is deleted and there is nothing i can do. After 2 days of begging they say i can re-register the domain and must pay up front so i do so and i receive the link to sign a form. When i click the link the form has been deleted. Online support dont care and they have ruined my business my employees and I are desperate we cant communicate with each other or our customers our customers lose faith thinking there is something wrong this is ruining my life and One.com dont even care. Avoid them like the plauge if you value you site and email. I did not authorise my employee to contact one.com they should not deal with anyone but me there client and owner of the site and email domain. Why ask for personal documentation when anyone can mess around on your account

my problem is the other way round I want to cancel for two years now I cancel and a hacker who uses the website reinstates it and I have told one.com for two years thy say thy will cancel the hacker not only reinstates it but demands money from me threating me he will show *** sites I am supposed to be on and expose me if I don't give him lots of money one. com knows this but still thy charge me for the subscription and the email is still up and running I am 67 years of old and retired and this has been going on now for two years and no nearer to it been cancelled I have kept some of the conversations and I have down loaded cancelations I have requested but thy only seem to be interested in payments
