Logged out can’t get logged back in
To have someone to call me back at 828-553-****. Still cant get no one to call me back in days.
Been trying for a couple of months to log in May. Multiple phone calls to give me a call back.
No one has returned my call. Cannot add or delete anything

Verified ReviewerBeen trying to contact this company since November as I don't won't this insurance any more i cancelled one Call at my bank then with out sending me a renewal notice they have managed to access my ban
Notice they have accessed my account again ??? and taken money without me knowing ( until i got my statement) AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
they have sent me a letter through the post ( something that should be didn't happen with my last 12 months policy)
Demanding that I owe them for something that i didn't ask for
In this letter they say that I have paid this installment and the amount stated is less than my statement.
??? would like this back NEVER use one Call again !!!

No one has done anything to resolve any problems. Your biggest concern is your review.
Someone got all my information on my debit cards and credit cards and use them and destroyed my credit. The bank shut everything down and start looking at all The false charges.
Charm date does not give me any credits even if I pay for them for 3 to 4 days. Thats me paying twice for a crime that was imposed on me.
I have asked him for some credits many times they have not even responded. I have some a lot of money with them.
