No one has done anything to resolve any problems. Your biggest concern is your review.
Someone got all my information on my debit cards and credit cards and use them and destroyed my credit. The bank shut everything down and start looking at all The false charges. Charm date does not give me any credits even if I pay for them for 3 to 4 days. Thats me paying twice for a crime that was imposed on me. I have asked him for some credits many times they have not even responded. I have some a lot of money with them.
User's recommendation: If this is the way they treat their customers go elsewhere.
