- - Lenovo battery arrived on time, installed, and cycled 100% to 0%, two weeks later it stopped charging, and One Cable battery was bad with no response.
We purchased a Lenovo battery which arrived in good time. We are a computer repair company.
We installed the battery and charged it to 100%, then we discharged to 0%, then we repeated this cycle again.
Our client took their laptop home and started using it. Within about a two weeks, the battery stopped charging.
We ordered another from another company and repeated our repair processes when the other battery arrived.
We tested the battery One-Cable.com sent us and we found it was bad and would not charge.
We started to contact One Cable and we recieved no response. We are still trying to contact as of the writing of this review.
One Cable is not responding to our request for either a return and refund or a replacement battery.

I ordered a charger from this company and they sent a charger that doesnt work with my computer. I immediately notified them to let them know of their mistake.
They told me to send a picture of the charging port, I did. They told me to return the one they sent and they would replace it. They refused to send me a shipping label.
I would have had to pay international postage to CHINA!
Buyer beware! Do not order from this company in CHINA!

Battery Just Never Came
- - The OEM battery has not shipped in a month and shows processing.
- - Support has been contacted four times for updates or refunds with no response.
This website was the only OEM battery I could find for one of my clients, however it has been almost a month now and it hasn't even shipped yet! It still just says processing, and I have tried to contact their support for an update, as well as a refund 4 times now, and I have not heard a single response.
This is stealing! I payed you for something, and now either give me what I payed for (that was supposed to have a shipping time of 6-9 days), or give me my money back!

Avoid Purchasing ANYTHING with This Company
- - Avoid purchasing from one-cable.com.
- - They advertised an original ASUS TF700T charger but sent a non-original, incompatible unit and gave no reply.
Avoid purchasing anything from one-cable.com. On their website they advertise the original AC adapter charger for ASUS Eee transformer pad TF700T B1 CG (an ASUS tablet), with a picture exactly like the original.
I placed an order for this item, indicating that this was a purchase for the original AC adapter charger and not a substitute or "compatible one". The company sent an AC adapter charger that was not the original one nor was it compatible with the tablet. It did not work of fit into the USB port for charging. I submitted this discrepancy and my concern using the company's "contact us" website (https://www.one-cable.com/contact_us.html).
I received a reply from a "Jeffrey" asking me to send pictures of the problem. I send the requested information, explaining that this was not what I ordered. I have yet to hear from the company via Jeffrey. I sent another email to "Jeffrey" explaining the problem and my desire to resolve this issue (a refund or provide the correct adapter).
I also indicated that "I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and not have to take this issue to the next level." To date, I have not received any correspondence from the company since the first and only one. At this point, the company has acted in a distrustful manner based on misrepresentation of merchandise with the possible goal of being a scam for online merchandise.

Order finally showed and was as described so labeling them as a scam site was incorrect. But i feel for you if you need any customer service or anything goes wrong along the way or you will probably be in big trouble
Ive had to eat my words the product finally showed up after many weeks and was as described. I guess their order system never updates from "processing" and as i sated before the only way to contact them is through text box and they never replied to any of my concerns. But once again the product did arrive finally and was as described so scam site is actually not true

I am giving a couple more days for product that was to ship and arrive 6-9 days and then disputing the charge made to my card. Contacted/emailed but no reply. I guess the 24*7 reply isn’t exactly true.
The worst electronic company online

I bought an adapter for my laptop from www.one-cable.com as they claimed it is an original item. When it arrived it looked nothing like my original adapter but more importantly, it broke after 2 months of using it.
Even though I contacted the customer service and wrote 4 emails, I didn't receive a single response or any help or even an apology.

How can I get my money back at least from them or something. I bought a battery from them, they sent one it didn’t work so I messenged them and they said to take a pic or video of what was wrong so I sent a video, they said ok I think we should just send you another one.
Me: ok Them : been shady ever since finally got an email that said the tracking number well for two days it cannot be found. Last time that meant it was on a plane. So I wrote them a nasty today and I’m ready to deal with this!
I wish I could see them personally I’d show them where they could put this battery! HELP!
