Promised delivery on last Saturday and still has not arrived today is Thursday 5 days late. False promises!!!

User's recommendation: Don’t ever buy from them. Undeliverable promised made on line is false.

We purchased a Lenovo battery which arrived in good time. We are a computer repair company. We installed the battery and charged it to 100%, then we discharged to 0%, then we repeated this cycle again. Our client took their laptop home and started using it. Within about a two weeks, the battery stopped charging. We ordered another from another company and repeated our repair processes when the other battery arrived. We tested the battery One-Cable.com sent us and we found it was bad and would not charge. We started to contact One Cable and we recieved no response. We are still trying to contact as of the writing of this review. One Cable is not responding to our request for either a return and refund or a replacement battery. Do Not Buy From This Company!!!
