Undeliverable promises

Defective Battery, Won't Honor Warranty

We purchased a Lenovo battery which arrived in good time. We are a computer repair company.

We installed the battery and charged it to 100%, then we discharged to 0%, then we repeated this cycle again.

Our client took their laptop home and started using it. Within about a two weeks, the battery stopped charging.

We ordered another from another company and repeated our repair processes when the other battery arrived.

We tested the battery One-Cable.com sent us and we found it was bad and would not charge.

We started to contact One Cable and we recieved no response. We are still trying to contact as of the writing of this review.

One Cable is not responding to our request for either a return and refund or a replacement battery.

I would have had to pay international postage to CHINA!

Buyer beware! Do not order from this company in CHINA!

Battery Just Never Came

Avoid Purchasing ANYTHING with This Company

Avoid purchasing anything from one-cable.com. On their website they advertise the original AC adapter charger for ASUS Eee transformer pad TF700T B1 CG (an ASUS tablet), with a picture exactly like the original.

I placed an order for this item, indicating that this was a purchase for the original AC adapter charger and not a substitute or "compatible one". The company sent an AC adapter charger that was not the original one nor was it compatible with the tablet. It did not work of fit into the USB port for charging. I submitted this discrepancy and my concern using the company's "contact us" website (https://www.one-cable.com/contact_us.html).

I received a reply from a "Jeffrey" asking me to send pictures of the problem. I send the requested information, explaining that this was not what I ordered. I have yet to hear from the company via Jeffrey. I sent another email to "Jeffrey" explaining the problem and my desire to resolve this issue (a refund or provide the correct adapter).

I also indicated that "I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and not have to take this issue to the next level." To date, I have not received any correspondence from the company since the first and only one. At this point, the company has acted in a distrustful manner based on misrepresentation of merchandise with the possible goal of being a scam for online merchandise.

How can I get my money back at least from them or something. I bought a battery from them, they sent one it didn’t work so I messenged them and they said to take a pic or video of what was wrong so I sent a video, they said ok I think we should just send you another one.

Me: ok Them : been shady ever since finally got an email that said the tracking number well for two days it cannot be found. Last time that meant it was on a plane. So I wrote them a nasty today and I’m ready to deal with this!

I wish I could see them personally I’d show them where they could put this battery! HELP!

Order finally showed and was as described so labeling them as a scam site was incorrect. But i feel for you if you need any customer service or anything goes wrong along the way or you will probably be in big trouble

Ive had to eat my words the product finally showed up after many weeks and was as described. I guess their order system never updates from "processing" and as i sated before the only way to contact them is through text box and they never replied to any of my concerns. But once again the product did arrive finally and was as described so scam site is actually not true

I am giving a couple more days for product that was to ship and arrive 6-9 days and then disputing the charge made to my card. Contacted/emailed but no reply. I guess the 24*7 reply isn’t exactly true.
