I have a very frustrating experience dealing with Mr. Vish Jaju of One Brick Tech. After I provide him all of the data for his web design agency, I never receive any payment from him. He makes weird excuses, conditions, and reasons which only provokes he has no intention to pay. If he can get away with it, he will grab the opportunity. He even makes story when someone emailed me saying he is Mr. Sanjib, the owner of One Brick Tech, and that Vish will no longer work with him and advice me to stop writing negative reviews for his company. This act is so ***, he, Mr. Vish wants to hide and make stories to get away from his obligation to me. He is the owner of One Brick Tech and the so-called Sanjib is a fictional character. Beware of dealing with Mr. Vish Jaju of OBT with website: www.onebricktech.com

In the last 5.5 years of doing digital marketing business under One Brick Tech, LLC we have never dealt with anyone named Ariel Maramara Almario. We have no invoice for $125 from anyone named Ariel towards any "data" work.
In order to investigate this matter and make an attempt to sort out this misunderstanding mutually, we tried to reach Ariel at the contact info provided in this BBB case complaint -https://charlotte.app.bbb.org/complaint/view/500113/b/c8e471 but the number seems to be invalid (no ringing or voice messaging system). Recently, Ariel has also attempted to spoil our business image on Yelp platform by posting threatening reviews on a daily basis from July 27 through August 5. After reporting each and every review to Yelp every single time, they were all were removed as each one of them fell outside Yelp's Content guidelines; and moreover, Yelp closed Ariel's a day prior created new Yelp account for violating their Terms of Service (please see attached email by Yelp on this). Ariel has already posted a threatening review on Google, attempted to post on our business facebook page (was removed immediately), BBB and now this platform.
He has also written threatening emails to our business email ID. His email ID is on our Block list at the moment.
Once again we have no clue what Ariel's intentions are but whatever it is, he is causing a lot of unnecessary stress to our business and we are not sure how to stop him other than proving ourselves to every online reviews platform websites. His linkedIn profile (https://www.linkedin.com/in/arielmalmario) shows that he is based out of Philippines which further makes this case weaker as our company is headquartered in Charlotte, NC and our development center is based in India.
We have nobody to deal with from Philippines where Ariel is based out of. He has used an invalid US address in the complaint on BBB where he posted this exact same nonsensical review.
In the review on pissedconsumer.com platform, he mentioned Sanjib Sarkar as as "fictional character". Please go to Department of Secretary of State (https://www.sosnc.gov/Search/profcorp/970****) and our website team page (http://www.onebricktech.com/about/) to prove him wrong on this point as well.
This unauthorized review is showing up on first page of Google search results when someone searches our company name. We sincerely request pissedconsumer.com to take the right judgement here as we have never had any negative reviews in dealing with our clients since day 1 of business.
