Ondibu Hair

This hair was trash right out of the box. I never even got to wear it!

It tangled, shed in clumps and matted up like a sick animal before, during and after the wash.

A complete waste of $1,500...YESSS YOU READ THAT RIGHT...1,500 hard earned dollars wasted. Do not fall for the smoke and mirrors Ondibu hair is TRASH!!

Scammers!!!They DID NOTsend the hair that you ordered they will short you several inches and refused to return or refund!

I would give this company zero stars if given the option! I ordered a 24 inch Raw cambodian HD frontal and they sent me an 18 inch!

I reached out to them expecting them to quickly correct the mistake but apparently they purposely sent me an 18 inch frontal and then try to convince me that I was measuring it incorrectly! The hair on the frontal is literally 18 inches at best at its longest section! I disputed it with my bank.

I was refunded the first two payments made and this company has been blocked from receiving any future payments from me ever! It doesnt pay to be dishonest because I got to keep the hair and they are out of their money!

I ordered a 22" Raw Cambodian HD lace frontal in straight texture and they sent me an 18" that was barely even 18". I emailed pictures and videos and even made a dispute on the payment website but the company literally refused to acknowledge saying that I was measuring it wrong and I needed to measure it in some weird way she tried to convince me of doing.

But I am from earth and there is only one way to measure ANYTHING IN T!So they refused to take back the hair and send the correct length so I disputed it with Sezzle because that is the payment party I purchased thru and can you believe they sided with her?

Saying that because of "The way the merchant measures her hair"!! Gotta be kidding me!!!!WORLD!So

I spent my 18th birthday money on what was advertised to be luxury virgin/raw hair in the form of a full lace wig. I am a novice when it comes to wigs and this was my first full lace wig purchase after losing my hair.

The hair when it first arrived was obviously not what was advertised, infact it is a human synthetic hair blend that I could have bought somewhere else for much less.

I am requesting a full refund because I have been cheated out of my money which meant so much to be (as a birthday present)

The hair was meant to last me 3 years, as advertised again and hasnt lasted me a month and a half, balding, shedding like a dog and knotting unbelievably fast! Looking at reviews on the internet it is clear that I am not alone, and I too did not receive the hair that I thought I was buying.

Couldn't get with the customer care

I ordered their Indian straight closure during a black friday sale, but did not have my beautician use it for a unit until late February. I wore the unit once, and at my 3 week follow-up the hair was poking through the underside of the lace which I have never seen before on a closure.

I contacted Ondibu and their response was pretty lackluster, blaming my beautician for using it to create a unit and they claimed that she had bleached the knots which she hadn't. Also, the closure is shedding very badly right now. I am so mad that I wasted my money on this. Previously, I had a Cambodian closure on a unit that lasted for a year before losing all of its hair.

Their hair is nice but the closures are garbage. I emphatically do not recommend their products.

Customer service is terrible. The owner has this horrible attitude and she has this 'I'm the boss so ill do as i please' mindset and she doesn't realize how that comes across as.

Idk what her problem is, but the needs to evaluate how she interacts with her customers, because without us, she wouldn't be anywhere right now!

On top of that, the hair had nits. They seem to be dead, but i dont appreciate the fact that they didnt even attempt to remove them.

After spending over $500.00 on my order, I wasn't satisfied, picture depicted different from actual hair received. Called several times before finally getting hold of customer service.

Said her name was Nancy ( refused to give her last name) VERY RUDE, said no returns or exchange quoted some non-existence policy. DO NOT spend your hard-earned money with this company, there are other companies who actually care about customer satisfaction

I ordered raw virgin hair from Ondibu Hair. I was not happy with my order and contacted them by phone on the day I received my order, I left a message.

I called four additional times and left four messages. None of my calls were returned. I also left two emails. No answer to my emails either.

In the midst of my attempts to contact them they send me a marketing email to purchase hair for Mother's Day. Unbelievable!! I spent several hundred dollars with this company. They will not get another dime from me.

Be careful, stay away from this company.

There are other companies with similar products that actually care about customer satisfaction that you could use. This post should be "No Customer Service"
