Poorest standard of Care imaginable
- - Remission 4 years, I still need meds.
- - The clinic bungles PA renewals and ignores patients.
- - I went 20 days without a Rx and a med wasn't filled.
Being in remission for 4years I still have the need for pain medication for other health issues. Their clinic continues to bungle the PA's for Rx, when you request a renewal request they ignore the patient.
Last week I went without a Rx for 20 days, and as of last Friday I don't have a Rx for another medication that was supposed to be filled that day.
If you want substandard care, like having your needs ignored and being unable to access your Rx I've taken for over 5 years, then this is the place for you. UAB IS A JOKE, I wouldn't take my rescue pet there.
